• Bachelor’s degree in Geography and History from the Universityof Barcelona(1987).
• Master’s degree in Archive Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (1990-1992).
• Postgraduate degree in Museography: Design and Assembly from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) (1994-1995).
• Postgraduate degree in Exhibition Curating from the Rovira i Virgili University (2000).
• Postgraduate university specialist qualification in Cultural Management from the Rovira i Virgili University (2006-2007).


Professional experience
• Head of the Museum of the Port of Tarragona from 2000. 
• Museum project carried out for the Museum of the Port of Tarragona in 2000, and the Museu de Fars (Lighthouse Museum) in 2003.
• Teacher on the summer course “Recovery of industrial heritage and public works”, at the University of Granada, Almuñecar, with the lecture: De un espacio portuario a un espacio cultural. Museo del Puerto de Tarragona y Museo de Faros, July 2007.
• Curator of various exhibitions, including El Serrallo, ahir i avui, June 2012.
• Coordinator and technical advisor for a project to recover intangible heritage in the Serrallo neighbourhood: El Serrallo, un lloc de conte. La memòria dels pescadors from 2011.
• Lecturer for various institutes and organizations, including a lecture for the Knowledge Antenna of the URV’s extended campus in Cambrils on 3 September 2013 entitled La Platja de Cambrils i la Junta d’Obres del Port de Tarragona a principi del segle XX.
